In May 2020, CYPC completed the overall listing of three local completed distribution networks in Wanzhou, Fuling and Qianjiang of Chongqing and power distribution and sales business in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing based on the Chongqing Three Gorges Hydropower (Group) Co., Ltd. At the same time, CYPC focuses on its electricity sales business in provinces (and cities) with great consumption of hydropower resources. In 2023, its commercial power sales volume exceeded 4 TWh, and the trading scale of green electricity and green electricity certificates were steadily expanding, with over 100,000 green electricity certificates produced in the first batch. Over the year, CYPC facilitated the trading of over 60,000 green electricity certificates and 6.5 million kWh of green electricity, thus supporting users in green consumption and carbon emission reduction.
